We are often asked what does 3:16 mean, is this a question you have? 3:16 is where our volunteers live out God’s word by providing a safe place, a place where a cup of coffee or tea can be enjoyed in peace and quiet, or if you would rather, it can be that meeting place where we can lean on each other, laugh together and enjoy the company of others. The cafe also hosts a monthly light lunch usually on the 1st Friday of every month.
THE 3:16 CAFE IS OPEN AT THE FOLLOWING TIMES:
DAY | TIMES |
---|---|
Wednesdays | 11.00am -12noon |
Saturdays | 10.30am -12.30pm |
First Friday of the month | 12noon – 1.30pm |
As a church we chose to become part of the Fairly Traded community. We use fairly traded tea, coffee and sugar and try to source our other products ethically.
Part of the work of the cafe is providing access to a ‘Food Store’ where basic items of food are available for individuals and families who are facing hardship.
John 3:16 God so loved the world he gave his only son so that we may have eternal live.
